DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 28, 2010 - The all-new 2012 Ford Focus is the first beneficiary of a new class-exclusive Ford technology that employs downhill skiing and snowboarding moves to increase vehicle stability in turns.

Michigan Ford Assembly Line Goes Green

Ford Motor Co. recently went all green in Michigan. The American auto maker completed a $550 million renovation at its assembly plant in Wayne, in order to construct future electric, hybrid and other next-generation vehicles.

The plant will mainly produce the Ford Focus hybrid and electric variants. This building will eventually produce a new hybrid and a plug-in hybrid vehicle.
